Apex Agents provides tools; you are responsible for how you use them.
5. Intellectual Property
The Apex Agents platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Apex Advantage and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create using the platform remains yours.
6. Limitation of Liability
Apex Agents is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue or business opportunities.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
